While we strive to provide a reliable service, HealthyWays is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the app will be available at all times or free from errors
• That the app will meet all your requirements
• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the app

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important health information.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal activities. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of immediate security threats.
