Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your HealthyWays account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to support@healthywaysrx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include in your email:
- The email address associated with your HealthyWays account
- A clear statement that you want to delete your account
- Wait for confirmation: Our support team will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
- Deletion completion: Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of your request
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and credentials
- All personal identifiers (email, phone number, name)
- All health and medication data (medications list, conditions, reminders, notes)
- All app usage data associated with your account
What May Be Retained
For legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain certain information even after account deletion, including:
- Information required by law or legal process
- Information needed for security and fraud prevention
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to your identity
Any retained information will be kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data and will not be able to recover it
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use HealthyWays again in the future
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through your app store account
